How do I place an order online?

Shopping online is fun and easy! You save time and you can easily find the perfect dress for your event. Click on the image or 'details' to access the product detail page for specific information and options for the selected product. Please note that prices shown are in USD. If you are purchasing outside the US, prices will be linked to the current exchange rate and displayed in an approximate value. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company or bank processes the transaction. To add a product to your cart, click on 'Add to cart'. Review the item(s) in your shopping cart. You have the option to delete items. You may click on 'Continue shopping' to continue browsing, or if you are ready to checkout, click 'Checkout'. Finalize your purchase. For non-registered customers, please complete the 'Billing Address' form. Make sure you fill in all fields marked with *. If you have already registered with us, simply login using you e-mail address and the password you created for the account. The payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Paypal. Please read our Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order. Every time you place an order with us, you will need to confirm to have read and agreed to them. Payment for goods will be made through the website in accordance with the procedure explained on the website. Your credit card will be temporarily charged following our acceptance of your order and the amount will be blocked until confirms by email the availability of the goods and shipment date. If the goods are not available, unblocks the amount and therefore will not charge the customer's credit card. Once the goods are shipped, we sends a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the customer and the amount is now fully transfered to account.

Can I track my order?

We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24h from the day you received the Order Confirmation. Any order canceled outside this time frame will lead to a 30% deduction from your refund, along with any aditional fees.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You may pay your order via credit card (Visa / Mastercard), Paypal, Western Union.

Do you ship to where I live?

We ship worldwide.

When will I receive a refund for returned items?

When all requirements have been met, we will initiate the refund for the cost of the product(s), minus the shipping fee, or any other extra services that may have applied to your order. Should you fail to meet any of these requirements, you will be notified by e-mail and the merchandise may be returned to you. We are however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid. A time frame of anywhere between 10-14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order. Normally credit appears within two months. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. We use industry standard 100% secure 128bit SSL Encryption Technology which means credit card transaction are completely safe on this site.This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Sensitive or personal material is handled only by qualified employees and not kept in open areas of our server. Our security policies also prohibit the transfer of personal material such as account information unless they have been encypted by approved methods.

How long will I get my order?

The order is usually shipped out within 24 hours. Delivery by EMS, DHL or Fedex. Your order will be quickly delivered to your home within 7 working days.
